MRN blogging and comments – Policy and House Rules
The aim of the Migrants Rights Network (MRN) blog is to keep visitors to our website updated on news in the world of immigration, including perspectives on latest policy developments, events and reports, as well as updates from our office. We will be writing about a range of subjects and would welcome feedback, experiences and opinions on the content.
Like many other blogs we have house rules. These are for two reasons; first to impose a consistently set of rules in removing unsuitable, illegal or offensive material; and second to make sure the blog continues to be useful to our readers. While every precaution will be taken to withhold/remove comments breaking the house rules, it should be stressed that Migrants' Rights Network does not control the postings on the blog and cannot be held accountable for the accuracy or otherwise of any messages posted.
Please note that Migrants Rights Network is unable to give legal advice on immigration directly to the public and any request for legal advice through the blog will be ignored. MRN accepts no liability whatsoever for any messages posted on the website, including comments from users offering legal advice.
The information and commentary on this web site is provided free of charge for information purposes only. Every reasonable effort is made to make the information and commentary accurate and up to date at the date each item is published, but no responsibility for its accuracy and correctness, or for any consequences of relying on it, is assumed by the organisation.
The information and commentary does not, and is not intended to, amount to legal advice to any person on a specific case or matter. You are strongly advised to obtain specific, personal advice from a lawyer about your case or matter and not to rely on the information or comments on this site.
Migration Pulse
Migration pulse is a web space open to guest reporters and activists writing on migration. Please note that these blogs represent only the opinions of the author and not those of MRN.
