Migrants' Rights Network (MRN)

Juan Camilo is a Project Manager working on Strengthening Migrants' Rights in London. He holds a PhD in Human Geography from Queen Mary, University of London where he wrote his thesis on issues of integration and ethnicity amongst new migrants based on research with Latin Americans living in London.  

He has been a board member and worked as a volunteer in advice and education projects with several Latin American migrant community organisations. Before joining MRN he worked at Praxis Community Projects where he coordinated New Voices 2009, a cultural festival that celebrates the contribution of new migrants to life in Tower Hamlets.
