This is MRN Privacy Policy statement. It sets out how we will deal with your personal data. MRN is committed to compliance with the Data Protection Act (1998). This privacy statement will be periodically reviewed, however we will never deviate from the principle that, we will not share or sell your personal identifiable information with any other person or organisation without your prior consent.

We use email links located on the “home” page and other areas of the site to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message sent in and try to reply promptly to every one. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to all questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the web site and program, or review and discard the information. Your personal information is only shared with third parties with your prior consent.

We will not sell, rent or share my mailing list. We do not enhance (link to other databases) this mailing list.

Web site log files

The MRN web site and email newsletter subscription process logs Internet Provider addresses and browser types for systems administration purposes and these logs will be analysed to constantly improve the services and contents of this service. We do not link Internet Provider addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user’s session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.
