The report is based on a review of the work of migrant and refuge community organisations in Scotland, the North West of England, and the West Midlands conducted by Don Flynn during a period of secondment to the Barrow Cadbury Trust. The outcomes of this research helped to identify the need for the Migrants’ Rights Network to exist as a national platform in support of migrants’ rights.
