Don Flynn
Director
Don Flynn, the MRN Director, leads the organisation's strategic development and coordinates MRN's policy and project work. He is a regular and sought-after speaker at conferences, seminars and lectures on behalf of MRN. Don researched and founded MRN after many years experience of working with migrant community organisations through his previous roles as Policy Officer with the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants and as an immigration caseworker in London. He also chairs the UK Race and Equality Network (UKREN) and the Platform for International Cooperation on Undocumented Migrants (PICUM).

Ruth Grove-White
Policy Officer
Ruth Grove-White is MRN's Policy Officer, responsible for developing the network's responses to Government policy and legislation, producing information bulletins and supporting the Director in representing the organisation. Ruth graduated with an MSc in Political Sociology from the London School of Economics in 2004. Since then she has worked as a Project Coordinator at the International Organisation for Migration in Bosnia-Herzegovina and as the Programme Manager of European Dialogue, an organisation working with traditional travelling communities in the UK and across Europe

Cristina Andreatta Resource Officer
Cristina Andreatta works as the Resource Officer for MRN, where she provides support to the financial management of the organisation and is responsible for the implementation of operating policies and procedures and for communications and marketing activities. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Bologna (Italy) in 2004, after which she worked as Regional Project Coordinator for an Italian association working in support of workers (ACLI) and carried out work experience with the Migrant Resource Centre in London. She Joined the MRN shortly after it was established in April 2007 and supported the Director in the setting up of the organisation.

Juan Camilo Cock
Project Manager
Juan Camilo has an MA in Anthropology of Development from the University of Sussex and is a PhD candidate in Human Geography at Queen Mary, University of London. His doctoral thesis on issues of migration and ethnicity amongst new migrants is based on research with Latin American migrants in London. He has worked as a volunteer in advice and education projects with several Latin American migrant community organisations and for a time sat on the board of the Indoamerican Refugee and Migrant Organisation. He continues to be engaged with research projects with Latin American migrants in London. Before joining MRN he worked at Praxis Community Projects where he coordinated New Voices 2009, a cultural festival that celebrates the contribution of new migrants to life in Tower Hamlets.
