Board of Trustees
MRN is a small and dynamic company limited by guarantee. It was established in December 2006 and registered as a charity in September 2008. MRN is governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association which clearly set out its objects, management rules and procedures.

MRN has an active Board of Directors currently made up of seven members, and is responsible for the overall management of the organisation. Directors are appointed in line with the regulations set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Association and following nominations by Board members on the basis of their knowledge and involvement in work. All Directors are also Trustees of the MRN and meet 3 times a year to ensure that the organisation meets its purposes.

The Board is supported by a Policy Advisory Group whose principle role is to act as a source of guidance and advice on the development of MRN vision, the alignment of its strategy, and progress towards its objectives. These two bodies together provide representation from across England, Scotland and Wales.
